Great family owned restaurant serving up delicious Persian food. Their skewers are delicious, and the meals typically come with a soup or a salad. I recommend the soup! Service is quick and friendly, and the tables are movable which makes it great for large groups!

First time here . Once you park your car u can smell the BBQ smell in the plaza. Walking in the restaurant has seating but not a very big restaurant. I ordered two vaziri plates . Came with option of soup or salad. The soup was really good. Once the food arrived it was hot and fresh. Taste just like back home . Really enjoyed the food and definitely be back

The Little House On Kebob is a nice, family run Persian Restaurant. We buy take out here once in a while and it’s service has always been good and quick.We got the Koobideh in this picture, it consist of two skewers of meat, rice and a grilled tomato. You also get a side of soup or salad, but we always opt for the soup as it’s always delicious. Food are always made fresh to order in front of you in open flame. The meat is definitely juicy and tender with a nice charred which is nice during the winter where we can’t barbeque. Also had a bit left over as there was a good portion of food.

Amazing food hosted and created by a person you can tell truly loves what they do. Authentic cuisine with all the right touches. Great for take out or an unpretentious lunch

Big portions for the price and relatively fast service. Staff aren't very friendly. The food Looks good but no taste. Looks like they are using more food color instead of Saffron. The meat quality wasn't good at all. Don't know what they mix with the ground beef/lamb. I hope the Stews are better! I don't mind paying a little more and get a better quality food.

We ordered the koobideh kebob and vaziri with chicken leg. The chicken was okay but the beef kebob is a little on the bitter side but apparently it's because it's a Lamb and beef mixture. The prices are good. There could have been a little more saffron rice.

Not call it the best Persian kebob place, but the experience is so much different.Food was a bit salty, but recommend this place 100%.We dine in, but they didn't charge any tip!If you dine in, for each food order you get a Persian style bowl of soup option for free. Barley Soup was really good.Pricing point of view beside the kebob quality was AMAZING! You won't find a Persian place with this price, especially as dine in.The place isn't as small as of some other Persian places; so, finding the spot to sit even on Sunday afternoon is fairly easy.Kebob options are wide enough to mix chicken with beef or lamb.Restaurant and washroom both were clean.Staff & owner were nice and friendly.

Amazing service and food is so tasty. We ordered family platter 1. We have eaten at alot of kebob places but this place is the best tasting.

The cashier doesn't understand the customers. Make sure that you double check the orders with him. Beside that, everything is great.

Pickup? Call in advance?Be prepared to wait, I go here often but the food is NEVER ready. While the food is worth the wait, save yourself the call and just order when you get there because it's the same thing. They'll ask you what u ordered and then make it when u get there.Prepare to wait 15mins for anything but you will be rewarded with an amazing meal.

Great and fresh food. Very delicious. Have ordered twice for big get togethers but each time I have gone to pay, the price is $5 to $ 10.00 more than what was quoted to me at the time of ordering. I find that very disturbing. There is a short guy who gets the orders ready and also handles the cash. Both times I advised him that was not what I was quoted and he says ok whatever. Overall the food is good and big portions but the little guy has got to stop doing that.

Literally a family business! Don't come if you want the franchise attitude, otherwise you will love it. Friendly people, big portions and very good flavors. Excellent value for money, this is definitely the number one Persian choice in this area. We really loved it!!

The kabobs were big and have great flavor . The portion was a lot but I found the rice to be quite bland. Only color not enough flavor. The service was good and the owner is friendly. Worth checking out.

This restaurant is one of my regulars. Staff serve you with great respect and kindness. Delicious Persian kebobs and stews for reasonable price at a family owned restaurant are what you should expect here. Tahdig lovers are encouraged to ask for crispy tahdig served with either ghormeh sabzi or gheymeh.

Meats were good- lamb chicken pretty tasty, rice were good too. Salad wasn’t so good (bad dresssing, black lettuce, tiny). Service was ok

Great food and friendly staff. Great for take out. I just discovered this place near my work based on a friend's recommendation and I'll be coming here more often. So far I've tried the gormeh zabsi and really loved it.

Juiciest kebabs ever. Every dish comes with a complimentary lentil or garlic soup. Amazing value for price and the staff there are very down to earth. I go there at least a couple times a week now.

Great service, great value pricing, friendly, and the food is always on point. The menu is great, and there is hardly anything that i would change about this little restaurant. It is truly a hidden gem, and i wish there was another location close to my home... however I dont mind taking a far drive to come here just because it is worth it. I recommend people to try it out!

Amongst the best Persian restaurants in the city. Always consistent with quality and friendly owner and customer service. They are very busy so call ahead for pick up or enjoy dining in as well. Glad they are close by as its my go to spot after the gym.
